This is a larger than expected and very well appointed property. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Great property for a group/family on a handy location
Positive: Great location next to the train station and close to cafes, bars and shops. Property was spacious, clean, well- provided and well- presented.
Negative: No clear instructions about recycling/ rubbish but not a big deal.

Beautiful modern central house
Positive: Beautiful modern house right in the centre of Brighton. 8 of us stayed here and we all had a fab time! The beds were very comfortable, and so was the sofa. The balcony was very much enjoyed by everyone.
The host was super helpful, responsive & kind!
Negative: The only thing for us was that the shower on the middle floor would spill over the rest of the bathroom.
