Great city centre stay Positive: Fabulous central location, but very quiet. Well appointed and very clean. Comms great - beds were set up as previously discussed. Negative: No significant moans at all - some shower gel would have been a good addition.

Excellent accommodation ! Positive: We loved this flat. It is clean and modern and has comfortable beds, a big sofa and a good size TV . It is in a brilliant location, being just minutes from lots of good cafes plus the main Churchill shopping centre, and also just 2 minutes from numerous buses. This was important to me as I cannot walk far, so it was great to be able to hop on a bus easily and visit some of Brighton’s many attractions, avoiding having to walk up the hill. At the same time, the flat is in a quiet cut-de-sac, which we appreciated. We will be returning for another holiday! Negative: A few very minor issues. The kitchen was a bit short of handy things such as a long handled silicone spoon and a plug for the sink ( there was a dishwasher but the crockery got used up quickly). Also, being pensioners, we weren’t quite familiar with all the technology , so some instructions would be helpful. But these small issues did not spoil the holiday at all.

A perfect stay Positive: Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay for a few days in Brighton - centrally located and just a short walk to the sea or to Churchill Square - will find here a ground-floor apartment in top-notch condition. It features a living room with a kitchenette, a cozy sofa, and a huge Smart TV; two smaller bedrooms, each with a window facing a small inner courtyard and containing two single beds that can optionally be joined to form a queen-size bed; and a bathroom - also with a window facing the courtyard - equipped with a shower offering plenty of hot water, a modern toilet, and a sink. All the technical amenities worked flawlessly: the washing machine and dishwasher, electric heating in every room, a heated towel rail in the bathroom, fast Wi-Fi in the living area, and keyless entry to both the building and the apartment via a keypad lock. The attention to detail with which this apartment has been furnished is truly remarkable: from the fluffy white towels and the high-quality cookware in the kitchen to the sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, tea bags, coffee pods, dishwasher and laundry tabs provided, and even a drying rack - everything a traveler might possibly need was right there. The fact that the apartment was spotlessly clean - with immaculate walls and ceilings - and that the host was extremely friendly and accommodating might almost seem like a given under these circumstances, yet it certainly deserves to be mentioned. Equally worth noting is the excellent value for money offered here; should we ever find ourselves back in Brighton, we would undoubtedly choose to stay here again. Moderne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung an perfekter Lage Positive: Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und ist auch gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Restaurants und Shops befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Würde ich wieder wählen, wenn ich in Brighton bin. Negative: Nichts.
